Our recipes come from Europe, Italy, Belgium, Germany and more particularly from France, we make them in Bangkok..
Delicacy sought for its fine and delicate taste almond paste subtly accommodates different flavors.
Unlike marzipan or frangipane which are used to make cakes (figues, galette des rois, Pithiviers or confectionery such as Aix calissons in France, figurines at the Saint Nicolas in Belgium) our almond paste contains at least 50 percent almonds and do not contain eggs.
We select our almonds from organic or responsible culture, our confits are made from fresh fruits from Thailand.
Our products can be stored for one month in a refrigerator and freeze (do not refreeze a product defrost), we advise you to taste at a temperature of 25 degrees.
